Avantra acquires FogLogic IP to accelerate growth and product innovations

Philadelphia, PA, December 7, 2021: Avantra, the leading AIOps and automation platform for SAP operations, today announced the acquisition of FogLogic Intellectual Property (IP) to deliver the next generation AIOps innovations and advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities within their best of breed SAP operations platform. The acquisition of FogLogic technology will accelerate Avantra’s product development and support the company’s mission to deliver unmatched intelligent operations to ensure SAP systems deliver for the global economy.

The acquisition equips Avantra with sophisticated AI and ML based capabilities  which strengthen the software company’s ability to deliver seamless automation of mission critical SAP operations to global enterprises. The innovative software will enable Avantra to accelerate ML based predictive analytics and proactive resolution of issues - fuelling system resiliency for enterprises and further improving wellbeing at work for IT operations teams.
